Worship Ministry:
o Leading Sung Worship on Sundays.
o Overseeing Worship Teams.
o Developing potential worship leaders and musicians.
o Demonstrating pastoral care and discipleship of musicians.
o Co-ordinating Sunday service planning with other staff.
o Working with the AV team.

General Ministry:
o Caring for members of the congregation.
o Participating in serving ministries and events, such as prayer ministry, mercy ministry.

Suitable Candidates:

• Be fluent in English. (Spoken Chinese would be an advantage, but not essential.)
• Have a pastoral heart for people, being willing to engage people and point them towards Christ.
• Have a good grasp of how the gospel shapes all of life and ministry, particularly aware of one’s own need for Christ and the gospel.

• Be able to show how all of Scripture relates to Jesus and the gospel.
• Have very good leadership and administrative skills.
• Be self-motivated leader who can take initiative.
• Be humble, teachable and eager to learn, with a desire to grow and mature in one’s own calling and character.

• Musically gifted and able to lead the congregation in sung worship.
