The English Ministry (EM) of YNC serves a diverse group of English-speaking members, fostering a vibrant and engaging environment for worship, spiritual growth, and outreach.

 

Job Summary:
YNC is seeking a dedicated and visionary Pastor for its English Ministry. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for the gospel, a heart for discipleship, and a commitment to fostering spiritual growth within the church community. This individual will provide leadership, teaching, pastoral care, and vision for the EM congregation, equipping them to live out their faith in everyday life.

 

Qualifications:
• Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent from an accredited theological seminary.
• Ordained or eligible for ordination in a Reformed tradition preferred.
• At least 3 years of pastoral experience, ideally within a multicultural or Asian-American context.
• Fluency in English (Korean language proficiency is a plus but not required).

 

Compensation:
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
