Young Life, @pasadenayl, is seeking a new full-time staff associate or area director. There is excellent history in this area and incredible potential to grow and expand much more with the leadership of the right person. Specific opportunities include the development of Young Life in a diverse setting with both private and public schools in one of the most iconic cities around Los Angeles.

Pasadena is an amazing place, located just 10 miles from downtown Los Angeles. Home to the Rose Bowl as well as Jackie Robinson, Pasadena is one of the most diverse places in Los Angeles and has some of its best culture and history. One of the challenges will be building bridges between private and public-school parents/kids and navigating complex racial and socio-economic differences.

This Young Life area includes 15 target schools with more than 13,000 secondary school students in the communities of Pasadena, Altadena and Sierra Madre. There is currently a very active committee, a growing base of financial support and an exciting WyldLife (middle school) ministry a team of Volunteer Leaders!
