This Assistant Director/Training Coordinator position offers you flexibility and support to become a strong candidate for leadership at any UCC/College Counseling Center. Reporting to the Director of the Whittier College Student Counseling Center in the Division of Student Life, the AD/TD will provide high-quality identity-conscious clinical services to students in need, being available in on-call/crisis situations. The AD/TD will represent the Counseling Center on campus committees including the CARE team and Wellness Initiatives with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, working to inform and educate all members of the community on mental health issues, challenges, and resources.  The candidate will demonstrate strong relationship-building, resourcing, and referral skills and knowledge both on and off campus, ensuring alignment with an equity model of care. As a Training Coordinator, you will be supported to plan, prepare and present a graduate training program to practicum-level students
