We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-starter who is sensing a call to ordained ministry and to plant a church in Southern California.

The ideal candidate is raring to go and looking to receive hands-on, paid experience in a fast-growing church.

• Two morning services
• Weekly ministries serving over 100 children and youth
• Local outreach initiatives, including a weekly service for individuals experiencing homelessness

Who We Are Looking For

Someone with:

1. A passionate love for Jesus and the local church
2. Strong and proven leadership gifts
3. A proven track record in starting or growing ministries
4. A tested sense of call toward church planting
5. Openness to, or experience with low church, charismatic Anglicanism
6. A seminary grad (or nearing completion)
7. A desire to plant a church in Southern California

Our goal is that the residency will lead to ordination within the Anglican Church of North America.
