Responsibilities for Editor:

Modify written content from writers and contributors
Develop a content calendar
Develop ideas for content
Oversee content production
Oversee print, digital, and digital+ media
Create highly shareable content
Adhere to journalism best practices
Occasionally go on location for filming
Complete tasks that the Director assigns

Qualifications for Editor:

Bachelor's degree or higher in related field (or *suggested* 5+ years of experience)
Strong writing and proofreading skills
Experience with content management systems
Ability to meet the necessary budget
Great attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to give constructive feedback
Conceptual creative abilities
Story-Teller
Creative problem solver
