Job Description
Work with the Spanish ministry team to engage and develop relationships with listeners and donors in the United States and Spanish-speaking world by telephone and email and to enhance communication and outreach capacity, and build the relationship between TWR and donors, ministry partners, and the listening audience.

 

Responsibilities:

Listener/Donor Engagement:Communicate fluently in spoken (by phone) and written Spanish with Spanish-speaking donors and listeners
Convey adequate and appropriate information regarding requests for materials in a kind, patient, and helpful manner
Manage all aspects of donations by telephone, email, PayPal, bank transfer and social media
Create accounts and enter data into database
Answer spiritual questions from listeners in accordance with TWR’s values
Understand the content of programs aired and materials distributed by RTM, especially A Través de la Biblia
Communications:Edit and proofread documents written in Spanish with a high degree of accuracy
Assist with the preparation of Spanish donor appeals, fundraising and products
Assist the Director of US Spanish Ministry as requested
Experience Required:

Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
Proficient in the use of digital devices
Experience Preferred:

At least 1 year of experience in a busy office environment dealing with customers or clients
MailChimp email marketing
