Torch Trinity Graduate University (TTGU) in Seoul, Korea, invites applications for full-time faculty positions in the following areas: Intercultural Studies, Christian Education, and Practical Theology (with a specialty in Homiletics preferred).

<About TTGU>
Torch Trinity Graduate University was founded following a five-year deliberation between the Torch Center for World Missions, Korea and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, IL. The focus of the school is effective ministry leadership built on a platform of academic excellence. TTGU is accredited by the Ministry of Education of Korea, the Asia Theological Association (ATA), and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).

<Position Description>
This position involves teaching graduate-level courses, active research and publication, and student advising. Candidates must be fluent in both Korean and English, as responsibilities will be conducted in both languages.

<Qualifications>
1. Must hold a doctoral degree in one of the following areas: Intercultural Studies, Christian Education, or Practical Theology (with a specialty in Homiletics preferred), or a closely related field from an accredited university or seminary, and an M.Div. or equivalent degree.
2. Must be fluent in both Korean and English.
3. Must have a firm conviction in evangelical theology.
4. Must be in full agreement with and sign the TTGU Statement of Faith.
5. Must be a baptized evangelical Christian.
6. Must meet the minimum qualifications for university-level full-time faculty members set by the Ministry of Education of Korea.
7. Must have cross-cultural experience.
8. Must have at least three years of proven ministerial experience in church(es) or Christian organization(s).

<Compensation>
1. Salary is commensurate with experience.
2. Benefits include Teacher's Pension and Korea National Health Insurance.
3. Unfurnished housing will be provided for foreign citizens.
