Business Administrator - The Crossing
PRIMARY PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to manage the business of the church.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurate Accounting and financial integrity of the church's financial records
Providing required data to submit the annual District Reports
Oversee and ensure all contracts entered into by the Crossing
Managing cash flow
Administer the church financials
Prepares and presents the annual church budget and reports on a monthly basis to the leadership committee
Manages the audit process
Accounts Payable
Enters daily total contributions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Competent in QuickBooks
Experience in various aspects of a business
Experience in budget preparation
Well-rounded in business and finance and integrity to run the church office
EDUCATION: A college degree helpful
HOURS: 16-24 hours/week
HOURLY RATE: $30-$35/hour based on experience
