Responsibility

This individual will be responsible to oversee and implement audio, video, lighting, staging, and live-stream requirements of the Crossing, serving as an essential part of the worship ministry team, to ensure a professionally executed A/V experience for weekend worship and special events.

Duties

Oversee and implement audio, video, lighting and staging requirements for all services and special events.
Manage live streaming of Sunday services and special events
Provide audiovisual setup and execution at all church events including:Weekend Services (Saturday afternoon/evening and Sunday morning)
One weekday evening worship band practice
Conferences (e.g., week of praise each July and quarterly 3-day conferences)
Special services (Christmas Eve, Easter, Weddings, Funerals, Prayer Meetings, etc.)
Responsible for stage, sound, lighting, setup and production, including audio/video recording
Recruit, train, and schedule A/V volunteers
Work closely with the Lead Pastor and Pastor of Worship on video and sound requirements for services

Hours

Full time: 30-40 hours/week
