Bi-Vocational Pastor Needed
The Bridge Christian Church in Paso Robles, CA is looking for a bi-vocational pastor to shepherd our church, as our founding pastor is retiring in October of 2023.
The Bridge Christian Church is a small community of Christ followers who have been gathering since 2008. At present the church averages about 40 people at worship services. We provide child care and Sunday School for the children.

As stated above, we need someone who can be bi-vocational during this time of growth. The heart of our leadership is to see many repent and come to faith in Jesus. As the congregation grows, so would the pastoral responsibilities along with our desire to make this a full-time position.
Basic job qualifications: Evangelistic, knowledge of and respect for the Scripture, gifted leader with strong communication skills, and 3-6 years ministry experience.
