Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
SUMMARY
The Bay Church is seeking a qualified individual to lead strategy, planning, and execution of safety and security of all campuses. Based on our Concord campus, the Safety & Security Director will build and lead teams of first responders and campus safety volunteers, as well as paid security personnel. The position will also include security shifts as part of the weekly schedule. We are looking for someone who is committed to continual development as a leader and mature Christ follower.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You must be able to communicate clearly, develop, mentor, and lead teams.
- You must be able to collaborate with ministries, law enforcement, contractors, and vendors.
- You must be skilled in conflict resolution.
- You must maintain a valid California Driver's license and carry personal auto liability insurance.
- You must have the ability to become First Aid, CPR, and Blood-borne Pathogen certified.
- Military and/or law enforcement background preferred.
