About Us: Stan Rushing MFT provides psychotherapy to individuals and couples with opportunities for  AMFT, ASW, or APCC to gain supervised clinical experience in-office in Pasadena and by telehealth throughout the State of California.  We have LMFT, LCSW, and LPCC supervisors to provide education, support, and supervision for our Associates.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Social Worker (ASW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) to join our team in California. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing therapy services to individuals and/or couples, with a focus on culturally competent care.

We prepare you for independent practice in which you can seamlessly transition your clients into your post licensure practice.  We really do support what you want!

Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Stay current with licensing requirements and best practices in the field

Requirements:
Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Master of Social Work (MSW) or Professional Clinical Counselor (PCC) in the State of California
AMFT, ASW. Or APCC registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
Strong clinical skills and ability to establish rapport with clients
Knowledge of ethical and legal standards for therapy practice in California
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
