Parish Administrative Assistant - St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsible to efficiently utilize office technology, including Microsoft Office, Desktop Publisher, mailchimp, and other software as needed. Ensure most effective technologies are in place for required work.
Responsible for mail processing, email management, answering phones, church correspondence and maintaining records.
Responsible for all parish communications, including digital newsletter, print bulletin, event flyers and maintaining digital parishioner database.
Maintain and manage parish master calendar and ministries schedule.
Work with church staff personnel as well as parishioner volunteers to support needs.
Partner with parishioner volunteers on church sponsored events, as well as other special projects.
Other:

Position is part-time for 25 hours per week.
Maintain confidentiality in all church matters.
