St. John’s Episcopal Church is a historic and thriving congregation in Boulder, Colorado. We seek a full-time Youth Minister to oversee a growing program for middle school and high school youth. The youth minister is responsible for creating and managing Sunday formation programs and other youth activities such as nights out, retreats, service trips, and camps, sometimes in collaboration with the Diocese of Colorado and area churches. The youth minister maintains close connections with parents and youth and communicates weekly through a variety of means. The youth minister works closely with the Director of Family Faith (infants through 5th grade) and the Rector. Previous experience with youth ministry to teenagers is required. Theological education is desirable. The desired start date is July 1, 2025.
