Position: Student Ministries Director
Full-Time, 40 Hours, Hourly
Reports to: Minister of Family Ministries

Focus on our ministry to adolescents and the emerging adults at our church and within the community by discipling them into their roles as agents in the Kingdom of God.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Pastoral care and interpersonal relational development
Create and facilitate fun, energetic, and engaging activities and events for students outside of weekly programming
Plan services as it relates to our various ministries (middle school, high school, midweek/weekends
Design and prepare both Winter and Summer camps for different student groups
Work closely with a team of young adult volunteers as they work with students and help at events
Lead small and large scale events whether directly or indirectly through equipping of ministry leaders
Communication skills (both in small and large group settings).
Theological aptitude for discipling students and emerging adults according to Biblical principles and modeled as generally interpreted by the body of believers at St. Andrews.
Team-Player with a strong desire to work across ministries for the purpose of living into intergenerational ministry.
Connect and engage with the plethora of students on our campus every day as part of the overall strategy of connecting with students within our reach as a Neighborhood Church with a Global impact.
Be a Member of St. Andrews as evidence through participation within the body of believers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
Some biblical education/training from an accredited school.
Experience working in Student Ministries and/or Camps, minimum 4 years.
Some Experience in digital communication (Ex: Video Editing, Photo editing, graphic design, creating social media content)
