About the job
The right person will:
1. develop a relationship with each youth and be a bit of a mentor.
2. develop activities that teach Bible stories, creating an environment of discussion and discovery about the meaning of the story for their lives.
3. create ways for the youth to bond with each other, with their church and with God, as known to us through the work and witness of Jesus of Nazareth.
4. Help the church’s Christian Education committee develop an effective youth group program.
5. Be part of our church family by forging relationships with the parents and other adults.
This position reports to the Christian Education Committee.
