The co-pastors of San Clemente Presbyterian Church will exemplify servant leadership with humble spirits and a passion for sharing Christ’s love within the church and community. Together, they will share responsibilities for worship leadership, committee participation, property management, finances, and the development of staff and lay leaders, while prioritizing tasks collaboratively with the PNC, session, staff, deacons, and other lay leaders. Their duties will include fostering multi-generational engagement through programs and events, inspiring spiritual growth through educational initiatives and Bible studies, and providing compassionate pastoral care, including visitations, home communion, weddings, and memorials. Additionally, they will engage in community outreach, ecumenical relations, and presbytery collaboration, developing mission strategies that uplift those in need while honoring the church session and congregation's guidance.
