Life for teens in the greater West San Fernando Valley is defined by a complex set of influences, all competing for the hearts and minds of this emerging generation. These youth need a place to belong and have access to practical and relational ministry. The Director of Youth Ministry is dedicated to this challenge. The Director will shepherd these youth, helping them discover their unique and indispensable role in God's plan.

Responsibilities

• Meet bi-weekly with the Head of Staff
• Attend 2 monthly Staff meetings
• Run regular meetings for the youth focused on faith development
• Promote the synergy between the various ministry areas of the church

It is necessary for all River staff to work in and through the Reformed Tradition. Join the River Staff in carrying the joyful burden of advancing the overall mission of the church.
