Remembrance Community Church is a community that is being transformed by the Spirit to live like Jesus and display the goodness of God everywhere we go. We are currently looking to hire a part time Youth Director who can develop and grow a healthy and engaged youth ministry.
The primary objective for this role is to develop and sustain a passionate youth ministry program where teenagers feel like they belong and parents feel supported as they work to raise passionate Jesus followers.
Key Areas of Responsibility Include:
Building a team of youth leaders: recruiting, equipping, coordinating and encouraging the team.
Facilitating youth ministry programming: scheduling, curriculum planning, logistical support.
Promote the importance of youth ministry within the church: participation in staff meetings and communication with the congregation.
