MFT/CSW/PCC Trainee at Project IMPACT

The Student Apprentice will engage in meaningful, hands-on ministry experience, supporting and enhancing Project IMPACT's community empowerment initiatives. Apprentices will apply classroom learning with practical applications, develop leadership skills, and complete projects benefiting the community and organization.

Engage directly with community members, providing supportive services aligned with organizational objectives. Participate in mentorship and counseling initiatives under supervision.

Project Development:
Develop and complete a project aligned with organizational needs, resulting in a measurable benefit to Project IMPACT and the communities served.

Community Engagement:
Assist in organizing community workshops, outreach events, and educational seminars. Foster relationships with community partners, faith-based organizations, and service providers.

Regularly reflect on experiences and integrate theological, practical, and leadership learnings into everyday practice.
