OCC has a variety of ministries, dozens of employees, a large building and property – all of which are supported by a variety of systems falling under the direction of the Operations Lead. This uniquely important leadership role maximizes the overall impact of the entire organization. With minimal supervision, you’ll be creating, implementing, and overseeing the respective staff, contractors, and systems in the following areas:

• Oversees the church’s financial operations, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources and alignment with our mission and values.

• Leads and supports the HR team member, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective management of staffing, policies, and employee relations.

• Supervises the General Office Manager, ensuring smooth office operations, efficient workflow, and effective coordination across departments.

• Guides the IT contractor(s), ensuring the organization’s technology infrastructure is secure, efficient, and aligned with our strategic goals.

• Manages the Facility Director, ensuring the maintenance, safety, and functionality of the facility are consistently upheld.

• Oversees the Special Events staff, ensuring the seamless planning and execution of events that align with the organization’s objectives and vision.
