Executive Assistant/Office Manager
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and upbeat attitude.
This is an evolving/expanding role; this person would be highly organized, has administrative experience, flexible, a team player, and passionate about evangelism and missions, with strong clerical skills.
Provide support in the day-to-day business activities of the President/Evangelist, including busy and complex schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing and arranging complex travel. Contribute to and lead special projects across various areas of the organization in both of these roles, will need to demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work well under pressure.
Support president/evangelist visions coming to life, getting things moving. Prepare presentations, reports, research projects. Coordinate details of travel (VISA, Requirements, Itinerary)
Performing all administrative tasks. Assist with training others. Manage projects in office. Point of contact with regional admins. Assist with growth and efficiency. Answering phones.
Organize/maintain office. Functions in finance with budgets and admin funding. Order office supplies.
Process product orders. Assist with events.
This is a full-time position located in Champlin MN reporting directly to the Founder/Evangelist.
Ability to work fast pace, under pressure with ease.
Ability to prioritize/manage multiple tasks, while consistently meeting timelines.
Flexible, resourceful, professional, organized and able to keep confidentiality.
Excellent writing, computer and communication skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail is required.
A self-starter, takes initiative and completes tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to professionally interact with diverse personalities and cultures globally.
Meticulously Organized. At the height of our current vision, we are actively engaged in 50 countries. This requires that details must be managed meticulously and on a timely basis.
Clerically Minded. This person must understand the benefits and necessity of performing clerical tasks, such as a strong organizational and filing system to chart progress within each nation.
Winsome Personality. This person will be interacting with key ministers, leaders and other people primarily on the phone or through e-mails. A winsome personality is essential to establish and maintain good relationships with those people. This includes proper phone and e-mail etiquette. Understanding of cross-cultural communication and expectations must be valued.
Longevity. The nature of this position requires significant learning of its logistics and so we are looking for someone who is planning to fill the position for an extended period.

Compensation will range from $22-25/hour-commensurate with experience

There is some flexibility in setting regular office hours Monday – Friday
