About the job
The Campus Pastor of Care & Coordination must demonstrate a high level of spiritual vitality, maturity, and commitment to ministry with a consistently visible presence on campus. (S)he serves alongside the Campus Pastor of Discipleship & Spiritual Formation to lead spiritual formation programming for the Northwest University community. (S)he is responsible for overseeing the entirety of the Campus Ministries departmental operations alongside the Campus Pastor of Discipleship & Spiritual Formation. Serves as the primary point person for communication from Campus Ministries to chapel speakers, students, staff, and faculty. This person coordinates the ministries and recruiting efforts of NU Worship and the Northwest Choralons choir alongside the Professor of Worship & Music. Supervises the Campus Ministries Administrative Assistant. (S)he travels as needed with NU Worship, the Northwest Choralons, Campus Ministries short-term missions teams, and to represent the university at district events. (S)he seeks to do this work of pastoring the Northwest University community enabled by the knowledge of Scripture and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit.
This is a 12-month, 1.0 FTE position.
