Northminster Presbyterian Church seeks a Lead Pastor/Head of Staff who serves with humility and grace and possesses an ability to lead us towards fulfilling our mission of Making and Strengthening Disciples Who Reveal the Love of Jesus. The pastor will be well educated with a Master of Theology or Divinity from an accredited Seminary and have a deep faith in the saving grace of Jesus Christ and acknowledge the power of prayer. We seek an ordained Pastor and Administrator who is a member of the Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterian (ECO) or willing to affiliate with ECO.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• A committed follower of Jesus Christ, demonstrating Christian maturity and a deep and prayerful dependence upon God.
• Ordained or willing to be ordained in ECO.
• Understands our unique Kingdom calling in the community and equips Covenant Partners to share their faith in this community.
• Possess excellent organizational, administrative, interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Is friendly, possesses a good sense of humor, and is sensitive to individuals.
