North Way Christian Community is seeking a full-time Church Planter to pioneer a church plant east of Pittsburgh.

The Church Planter is multi-gifted as a leader, communicator, evangelist, and shepherd possessing a heart to expand the kingdom of God. The Church Planter nurtures and empowers a core group of people who understand the vision of reaching the area, invests in building relationships throughout the community, and executes the planning and launch with the purpose of developing a diverse and locally-rooted community that is equipped to grow.

Fundamental qualifications for all applicants include a growing relationship with God, a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ, a discerned calling into this position, and the willingness to regularly attend and participate in North Way worship services and ministry activities.

The minimum qualifications for this position include:
Leader with a minimum of 6-8 years of high-level business and/or ministry experience; multi-site ministry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's degree in related field preferred
Strong drive and entrepreneurial spirit
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based and/or Mac-based products
Background checks must be current
