About the job
North Orange Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Music /Youth minister. Should have demonstrated a record of leadership in both music and youth ministry. The right person should demonstrate a mature Christian faith and a commitment to baptist doctrine, the Southern Baptist Convention, our church, leadership, and pastors. Should be able to lead music, plan, direct, and guide larger groups in worship.Should have the desire to connect with students with the gospel and have a burden for the lost.
We are a multi-generational congregation with 120-130 people attending on Sunday mornings. We have a young and enthusiastic staff, a state-of-the-art facility, zero debt, a heart for our growing community, and the desire to reach the world with the Gospel. Orange is a small town, but it boasts many amenities of a big city. It is home to Lamar State College-Orange, the Stark Museum of Art, the Lutcher Theater, Shangri-La Botanical Garden, and every sort of restaurant the heart may desire.
