The role of the Executive Pastor (XP) is to assist the Lead Pastor (LP) in executing the strategic direction of the church under the direction of the Leadership Board. The XP will ensure that the systems, practices, and policies of the church responsibly and effectively support its ministry activities. This role manages the church’s administrative systems and employment activities, oversees the office operations and church facilities, and branding and communications.
