The incoming Student Ministries Pastor for Bethel church will be a shepherd to the students, leading and
guiding them out of their own growing relationship with God. He will invest in relationships and model authentic community to those whom he serves. He will be confident yet humble and will demonstrate true servant leadership. The right pastor will be a self-starter, a go-getter, and someone who activates others. The incoming pastor will enjoy living where the church is located and increase his proximity to those they hope to reach. The right pastor recognizes the value of administration and its importance in accomplishing the mission of Bethel Church. He will be sure to plan, lead, and organize well so that students, parents, and team members know what is happening in the ministry. The incoming pastor will not neglect the opportunity to resource parents in their God-ordained responsibilities.
