Newsong LA Church is excited to hire an Associate Pastor to help shape and lead our community in living out its missional faith in our corner of Los Angeles.  Newsong Los Angeles is a multiethnic missional community committed to the ministry of reconciliation in our relationship with God, one another, and in our city. Our church lives this out by pursuing three priorities: Christ, Community, and Cause. The core of our church is a racially and ethnically diverse community consisting primarily of young families, singles, and a growing number of youth.

Our priority is to identify qualified women or men with a range of ministry related skills and passions who are eager to grow in leadership while participating in leading our church into a new season of flourishing. We aim to find a gifted leader who is a good fit for the ethos of the church and who can play a vital role in a healthy and balanced staff team.

We would like to hire an individual who will oversee NextGen Ministries which includes the church’s ministry to youth and children. As an Associate Pastor, this individual would have additional responsibility toward the overall function and thriving of the church.
