Worship Pastor / Praise Leader
New Life Vision Church: The Bridge · English Ministry · Part-Time, $1,200/Month

Who We're Looking For
We are prayerfully seeking someone who brings:
– A deep, genuine love for Jesus and a clear walk with Him
– Humble submission to Scripture — always learning, never arriving
– Strong musical ability and a heart for Spirit-led, not stage-driven, worship
– Proven experience leading congregational worship and volunteer teams
– Relational maturity and a desire to invest in and raise up new leaders
– Technical production experience (slides, cues, audio/visual) — a bonus
– Seminary enrollment or degree preferred, but not required
The Role
You will care for and shepherd the Praise team while partnering closely with our Pastoral staff to advance the mission of The Bridge, including the launch of a second service.
Worship Leadership · 50%
– Lead Sunday worship and plan sets aligned with our theology and vision
– Build, develop, and schedule a cohesive, Spirit-led worship team
– Identify and invest in the next generation of worship leaders
Technical & Production · 30%
– Lead tech and production teams; develop systems for service support
– Train operators, manage slides, music cues, and video content
Spiritual & Leadership Development · 20%
– Mentor emerging leaders; participate in prayer and care
– Support small group ministry and a culture of discipleship
