New Jersey Chinese Baptist Church is looking for a pastor for their mixed-age English speaking ministry who would focus on their youth-aged students. They are hoping to hire someone full-time but are willing to negotiate hours/time with potential candidates.
The main responsibilities for the pastor are:
1. Weekly preaching
2. Organizing weekly bible studies
3. Coordinating and facilitating youth fellowship (including discipleship training, outreach opportunities, programs for spiritual growth)
4. Holistic pastoral care, especially for the youth age members
