Summary
The Admissions Director leads all recruitment, admissions, and enrollment efforts for New Braunfels Christian Academy. This position serves as the primary ambassador of the school to prospective students and families, guiding them through the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment and assimilation into the school community. The Admissions Director develops and implements strategic enrollment and marketing initiatives to attract and retain mission-appropriate families while advancing the Academy’s Christ-centered mission and long-term enrollment goals. This position also oversees the withdrawal process for all students, ensuring clear communication, proper documentation, and a smooth transition for families.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Lead, manage, and continuously evaluate the student enrollment process from initial inquiry through enrollment and family assimilation into the school community. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, responding promptly to inquiries and cultivating strong, mission-aligned relationships.
- Develop, implement, and assess recruitment and enrollment strategies designed to attract, enroll, and retain mission-appropriate families. Maintain accurate admissions data, reports, and statistics to evaluate enrollment trends, effectiveness, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with administrative and development staff to design and execute marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and admissions events that support enrollment goals. Develop and oversee admissions marketing materials, correspondence, and communications related to recruitment, enrollment, and assimilation.
- Work closely with principals to coordinate interviews, assessments, and placement decisions for prospective students. Conduct individual and group campus tours, effectively communicating the school’s mission, programs, and biblical worldview.
- Establish, maintain, and evaluate systems and processes for campus visits, student testing, interviews, and admissions screening. Collaborate with administrative and development staff to evaluate applicants for mission alignment and academic readiness.
- Train, educate, and enlist faculty and staff to support the admissions and enrollment process as needed. Develop and implement tools, programs, and initiatives that support successful new family and student assimilation.
- Create and manage a comprehensive, data-informed marketing and enrollment plan focused on inquiry generation, nurturing relationships, enrollment, and long-term retention. Assist with development events, fundraising activities, and school-wide initiatives as needed to support institutional goals.
- Organize and oversee Admissions Committee meetings and communicate enrollment decisions, including offers of enrollment, placement into a waiting pool, or denial letters.
- Prepare, create, and maintain up-to-date admissions materials, including tour packets and related informational resources.
- Maintain daily accuracy and integrity of student and family data within the FACTS student information system, ensuring all records are current, complete, and properly maintained.
- Collaborate regularly with the Business Office to assist families with financial matters, including payment plans and coordination of records release as needed.
- Perform duties similar to a registrar, including maintaining and managing official student records.
- Oversee enrollment and maintain SEVIS records for international students, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university. Needs to have extensive experience with customer service and strong organizational skills.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to administrators and board of directors.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
