Primary Responsibilities:

 

Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and Leadership Team to oversee and grow various church ministries, with a focus on member care, life group ministries, college ministry, and discipleship programs
Develop and implement member care and community outreach programs
Oversee and mentor church staff, lay leaders, and volunteers

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Has reformed theology and embraces a gospel-centered philosophy of ministry
Degree from an accredited seminary preferred
Prior shepherding and discipleship ministry experience
Highly personable, communicative, and collaborative
Passionate about reaching others outside of church and discipling believers
Professionalism, discernment and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
Commitment to upholding vision, mission, and values of Movement Ministry (azmovement.com/about-us/)

 

 

Compensation:

 

Salary: 60K+, commensurate with experience and education
Benefits: health, retirement, and phone plan. Relocation reimbursed as well.
