Montrose Christian Montessori School is a private Christian Montessori-based school for students ages two through sixth grade, located in Montrose, California. We are in need of a Christian worker to manage the front office, including inquiries, enrollment (tours, paperwork, billing), and ongoing assistance of various sorts for administration, teachers, parents, students, and occasional events.
Must have office experience, attention to detail, and a strong Christian faith. Preferred applicants will have knowledge of preschool and elementary school environments, Montessori distinctives, and financial management. A major portion of this job involves managing billing, including creating and sending invoices via Quickbooks and collecting payments.
