The Molina Baptist Church family seeks a pastor to shepherd our congregation of 80+ people. The candidate must be a man of the Word, as described in Titus 1 and 1 Timothy 3, who is a good preacher/teacher, is steadfast in prayer, and is able to give good counsel. A leader who can relate to all generations is a significant plus, as we are a beautiful mix of young and old.

Our church has a strong history in the Plateau Valley, which is an agricultural community of approximately 3000 people. We are an evangelical, independent baptist church that separated from the American Baptist Convention approximately 15 years ago due to theological differences. Our governance structure is a board led, but congregationally ruled body. We are debt free. We have a strong youth program that includes, but is not limited to, Sunday School, AWANAs, Grand Mesa Camp, and a local Job Corps outreach. Additionally, we conduct two worship services each Sunday: an earlier contemporary service, followed by Sunday School for all ages, and a later traditional service. Our congregation focuses on a love for people and supports numerous missions around the world.
