* Teaching: Biblical truths and discipleship training
* Leadership: Visionary leadership, promoting unity among coworkers, and sharing the Gospel.
* Caring: A servant leader with a loving heart, visiting congregants, effective communication, and understanding cultural diversity.
* Mentoring and Coordination of the Coworkers.
Qualifications:
* Clear calling and guidance from God
* Master of Theology, Divinity or higher theological degree
* Preferably more than 2 years of pastoral experience after graduating from seminary training.
* Fluent in Mandarin and English
