2025 Mission Taiwan / TIF Ministry Internship Opportunity
Location: Taichung, Taiwan
Start Date: As early as Summer 2025
Internship Length: 6 months to 1 year
Seeking: Male intern (at least finishing or finished with college, preparing for ministry/missions career)
Mandarin Proficiency: Helpful but not required
About the Internship:
This internship offers an exceptional opportunity for spiritual growth, practical ministry experience, and personal development. Serving alongside a vibrant, elder-led international church network, you’ll actively participate in various ministries and outreach efforts impacting both local Taiwanese and international communities.
What You’ll Experience:
Hands-On Ministry: Engage directly in diverse ministry areas such as short-term mission teams, summer camps, Vacation Bible School (VBS), student outreach, street evangelism, youth, and young adult ministries.
Multicultural Environment: Become an integral part of our network comprising four congregations—TIF North & South (English-speaking international), Hope Fellowship (Mandarin-speaking), and All Praise (Indonesian-speaking).
Leadership Development: Attend elder board meetings, gain insights from experienced leaders, and deepen your understanding of elder-led church governance.
Missionary Connections: Meet and learn from seasoned missionaries from various organizations, gaining invaluable cross-cultural and global ministry perspectives.
Financial Support:
One-Year Interns: Mission Taiwan will provide the majority of financial support. Interns will engage in partial fundraising as a formative part of the mission experience.
Six-Month Interns: Mission Taiwan covers half of the required budget; interns will fundraise for the remaining half.
We’ll arrange medical insurance, housing, airfare and visa runs if necessary as part of your experience.
