Middleton Gospel Chapel is a small rural church in the lakes region of New Hampshire.  The weekly attendance averages between 25-30 persons.

 

Qualifications
The candidate shall be beyond reproach and generally able to meet all the qualifications defined in Titus 2 and 1 Timothy 3 for overseer or elder.
He shall be ordained or seeking ordination
Academically he shall have earned a bachelor's degree or higher.
Be able to ascribe to:

current church bylaws and statement of faith

Note: In regard to the pastor the current bylaws only define a full time pastor. Some requirements will be relaxed for part time work. Available upon request.
The Nicene Creed
Desire to reach the community of Middleton and surrounding area.

Duties
Preach the Gospel
Administer ordinances
Generally preside over services of public worship
Attend monthly business and deacon meeting

Remuneration
A parsonage can be provided free of the following expenses: rent, heat, electricity, internet, lawn care, snow removal.
In addition an expense allowance is provided.

Hours
Sunday morning, one evening mid week, and office hours equivalent of 1 day per week.
Occasional weddings, or funerals etc.
Available for special social activities such as: suppers, concerts, holy days
