Maranatha Vision Church located in Livermore, CA was founded in 2006 with the goal of restoring New Testament Church. Our main focuses are Prayer, Revival and Mission. We belong to PCA and emphasize the balance of the Word and the Holy Spirit. We currently have 600 members, including 100 Youth group members. We are seeking a full-time Youth Ministry Pastor.

Responsibilities:
- Train teachers to lead small groups
- Lead regular programs for Youth ministry including Sunday worship, Friday or weekday meetings, and Bible study
- Lead special programs such as Youth Retreat, Senior Trip, and Youth Mission Trip
- Lead Korean or English adult evening prayer meeting once a month
- Lead All Generation Worship Service with 5-minute short message once a month

Qualifications:
- Has genuine heart for youth, to nurture them in the Word of God and in prayer
- Has experience in ministry in Korean American or similar context
- Has graduated or is presently attending theological seminary
- Fluent English required; proficiency in Korean is optional but not required
- Sincerely receives and adopts the Confession of Faith, the Catechisms, and the form of government and discipline of the PCA
- Eligible for ordination/transfer in the PCA

- Salary commensurate with cost of living for a family in California, plus housing allowance based on Livermore market price
