The Pastor
A pastor who is passionately and completely in love with Jesus and His Word and is led by and exemplifies the fruit the Holy Spirit. (Gal 5:22,23)
Has maturity in the faith and have served and ministered
A pastor who loves and serves his family and will exemplify loving and serving those whom God has called to minister and to be a shepherd.
Has the character of an Elder as defined by l Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9
Has humility, hospitality and gentleness
Is willing to accept correction
Be a servant leader and a team leader.
The Requirements
To have Pastoral experience as a Pastor of mid-size to large church
To follow, agree to, and implement the church assessment solutions
To have a biblical degree, with a preferred Masters in theology or
To be ordained or be working towards ordination within 2 years of being
To have a burden for the sheep and the
The Duties of the Job
Preach and teach God's word in all seasons and circumstances
Be a person of deep prayer both individually and corporately leading the church in the practice and importance of prayer
Be available for counseling and visitation as needed regardless of the hour
To be responsible for the managerial and spiritual leadership of all teams, boards, and staff within the church.
To personally know and want to spend time in fellowship with the church at all opportunities
To communicate and walk with the Elders of Church
