Position Summary: The Children’s Ministry Director/Pastor provides leadership and oversight for children’s ministry (birth–5th grade), partnering with parents and volunteers to help children grow in their faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ in a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee weekly children’s programs and special events; Recruit, train, and support volunteers and teachers; Select and implement biblically sound, age-appropriate curriculum; Partner and communicate regularly with parents; Ensure child safety policies and procedures are followed; Manage ministry planning, scheduling, the children’s ministry budget, and basic administration; Supervise part-time staff and nursery workers
