Church: Long Island Abundant Life Church, a non-denominational Church of approximately 200 predominantly Chinese attendees located in Hicksville, NY, is seeking an Associate Pastor or Pastor of English Ministries.  Responsibilities include all aspects of leading and shepherding the English speaking congregation of about 50.

The applicant should understand and possess the following:

1. An understanding and experience in reaching out to a multi ethnic community.

2. Is gifted in servant-leadership, teaching and discipleship.

3. Has a Spirit-led heart for community outreach.

4. A completed Masters of Divinity or in progress from an accredited seminary.

5. Ability to work with the Deacon Board and a pastor of Chinese Ministries to minister to the whole church body as a single entity.

6. Willingness to minister to all age groups: children, youth, young adults and families.

7. A calling to bridge the generational gap.
