LifeBrook Church is in the midst of an exciting revitalization, growing 2% in 2023 and 8% in 2024, and we’re searching for a Kids Minister who is eager to dream big, take initiative, and develop a thriving ministry for the next generation. Located in a family-filled community in Houston, LifeBrook is surrounded by young families who need to hear the gospel—and this role is a unique opportunity to reach them in a fresh and impactful way.

 

This part-time role (approx. 20 hours per week) is perfect for a self-motivated leader who is hungry, humble, and people-smart—someone who sees the potential in a revitalizing church and is excited to recruit and train volunteers, create engaging experiences, and partner with families to disciple kids in their faith. You'll have the opportunity to shape the culture of LifeBrook Kids, plan meaningful events, and connect with the community to build something truly special.
