About the job
The Director of Children's Ministry will manage and provide vision for the church's ministries related to children and their families as they grow in faith. The Director will work collaboratively with church leaders and staff to provide training, coordination, planning, resourcing, support, pastoral care, and advocacy. S/he will ensure that the church has a ministry with children and families that provides for their spiritual needs and equips them to grow in faith together. The children's ministry team has two members and seeks to add a third. The church offers tuition support for MDiv or MA in children's ministry students and free tuition for staff members' children in the church's preschool.
