The Associate Director of Youth Ministry will work with other team members to focus on loving, guiding, and empowering youth to grow in faith and serve as followers of Christ. This is achieved through connections with other youth and adult leaders, service through faith-based serving-learning, and participation in meaningful worship. The youth ministry team at Lafayette-Orinda Presbyterian Church has two members and seeks to add a third. The church offers tuition support for MDiv or MA in youth ministry students and free tuition for staff members' children in the church's preschool.
