In the last several months we have called two candidates with families who loved the congregation members and church location but the only hurdle was expensive housing. It was just too high to afford a house in a multimillion dollar neighborhood just 2 blocks from a beautiful surfing beach, Windansea Beach. If you are an ordained Lutheran or have a Lutheran background perhaps you or maybe someone you know is interested in this position. Candidates may also be a recent seminary graduate. Living in a condo or apartment a few miles from the church is affordable.
