LA Hope Mission Church is a Korean-American church located in the heart of Koreatown, Los Angeles and is a member of the Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA).

Our church is committed to faithfully preaching God's Word, making disciples, serving our local community, and participating in God's global mission. We are led by a Senior Pastor and one Elder and seek to raise up believers who will follow Christ wholeheartedly.

*A Ministry at a Critical Moment
Our English Ministry currently consists of approximately 6–10 young adults who faithfully gather each week for worship, fellowship, prayer, and spiritual growth.

While we may be small in number, we believe every soul matters deeply to God.

At this important moment, we are prayerfully seeking a shepherd for our young adults.

Our young adults desire biblical teaching, discipleship, authentic Christian community, and pastoral guidance. However, we are currently without pastoral leadership. Without a pastor or ministry leader to shepherd them, many of these young adults may need to seek another church home in order to continue growing in their faith.

Because of this, we are earnestly praying that God would send the right servant to lead and care for this ministry.

We are not simply looking for someone to fill a position.

We are seeking someone who loves Jesus, loves people, and is willing to invest in the lives of young adults who are hungry for God's Word and eager to grow in Christ.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact through faithful preaching, discipleship, and relational ministry.

Part-Time EM Pastor, Ministry Leader, or Seminary Student

*Responsibilities

Lead Sunday English Ministry worship service
Preach biblically sound and Christ-centered messages
Provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, and pastoral care
Build meaningful relationships with young adults
Help cultivate a healthy and growing English Ministry
Potentially lead a Friday Bible study or small group as the ministry develops

* Time Commitment
Sunday Worship: 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Additional ministry opportunities may be added by mutual agreement as the ministry grows

* Qualifications
A committed follower of Jesus Christ
Seminary student, seminary graduate, licensed minister, or ordained pastor
Strong English communication and preaching ability
A heart for young adults and discipleship
Korean language ability is helpful but not required
Willingness to serve within a C&MA church context
