To plan, develop, and implement a dynamic family ministry program that nurtures the spiritual formation of youth (6th grade through high school) and supports their families. It is important that the Director inspires and excites the youth and adults to learn and study Christ- centered faith by communicating and demonstrating a personal passion for growing in it.
