Jahnke Road Baptist Church in Richmond, VA is looking for their next Pastor. This will be a fulltime

position. Average Sunday worship service attendance: 70-90

As Pastor of Jahnke Road Baptist Church, the Senior Pastor will provide spiritual and pastoral leadership to

members of the church. Serve as chief administrator of the congregation so that it might

fulfill its mission and purpose as the body of Christ. Preach, teach, and give primary

leadership in the ministries of worship, administration, stewardship and outreach.

The church body of JRBC is traditionally a democratically operated, “Town Counsel Meeting”,

self-governing body. The Pastor should treat the congregation with all due consideration in this

regard, in his leading of the church so that the membership will be able to achieve a proper

acceptance of the Pastor’s plans and programs.

The Pastor serves under the supervision of the Diaconate and Personnel Committee.
